Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Short Surahs mobile application ("the app") operated by Asim Musa ("we", "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.
Short Surahs is an educational app designed to help users learn and memorize short surahs from the Quran. The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the app or its content without prior written permission.
You may be required to create an account using your email address in order to use certain features of the app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
All content in the app, including but not limited to audio recordings, images, text, and design elements, is the property of Short Surahs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Quranic text is in the public domain, but the specific audio recordings, transliterations, and other original materials in the app are protected.
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the app. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
